Chumbi Lama joins CAN as a Spokesperson

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) member Chhumbi Lama has been named the organization's spokesperson. The choice was decided on Thursday at the central committee meeting of CAN.

"Mr. Chumbi Lama, a member of the association, was nominated as the spokesperson of the association to officially distribute information and information related to various activities conducted by the association in various media and social networks," CAN stated in its decision.

The primary duty, or function, of the spokesperson is to represent the organization in public. Lama is a highly experienced individual who was CAN's Chief Operating Officer in the past.

In April, Lama received a nomination from the National Sports Council to serve on the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) Central Committee.
