Haris Rauf reacts to controversial publicc spat video

Haris Rauf, Pakistan's star bowler, got into a verbal and physical altercation with a fan following their humiliating elimination from the current T20 World Cup 2024.

The 30-year-old was seen charging toward a fan in a widely shared video, despite his wife's attempts to stop him.

Rauf claimed in a statement that the fan was criticizing his family after the video became popular on social media, which irritated him.

As a public figure and professional cricketer, the pacer stated that he is open to receiving criticism of any kind. Still, he would not put up with being used against his family.

"I chose not to post about this on social media, but now that the video is public, I think it's important to address the matter," Rauf wrote on Twitter.

The national cricket player stated that while it was common for cricketers to face criticism, treating their families with respect was also critical.
