Pakistan releases a full schedule for the domestic international season
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)declared on Friday, July 5, that seven Test matches would be played in Pakistan, with Bangladesh, England, and the West Indies scheduled to visit.
In addition, Pakistan will host a tri-series of ODIs between South Africa and New Zealand in advance of the 2025 home edition of the ICC Champions Trophy.
Along with two Test matches, Pakistan will also play nine ODIs and as many T20Is abroad in Australia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
The World Test Championship 2023–25 cycle, in which Pakistan is presently ranked fifth with a points percentage of 36.66, will include all of the Test matches.
A two-Test series against Bangladesh will open Pakistan's home season in August, and a three-Test series against England will take place in October.
In January, the West Indies will play their final two Test series of the domestic season before turning their focus to an ODI tri-series against South Africa and New Zealand for the Champions Trophy.
Pakistan experiences a busy three-month period in November, December, and January when they are away from home. They each have three ODIs and three T20 Internationals scheduled in Australia and Zimbabwe.
