Who Won What in the NPL Awards?
The Nepal Premier League (NPL) is over. The match which started on 16th December ended today (Saturday) with the title clash. Among the eight teams participating in the NPL, Janakpur Boltswon the title by defeating Sudur Paschimin the final match.
With the end of NPL, awards have also been distributed in various categories. FormerPrime Ministers Sher Bahadur Deubaand Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachandadistributed the awards at the closing ceremony held at the Trivi Cricket Ground.
According to this, Saif Ali Zaib of Sudurpaschim Royals won the Player of the Tournament. He has received 5 lakh rupees.
Similarly, the best player wasDipendra Singh Airee of Sudurpaschim . He has received the Omoda EV Car Award. Lalit Rajbanshi was declared the best bowler of NPL. He has received a motorcycle award.
Similarly,Bipin Prasad Sharma of Karnali Yaks won the title of Emerging Player. He received 50,000 cash and a scholarship worth one lakh.Janakpur's Jimmy Neesham was declared the energetic player of the tournament. He has received 2 lakh rupees. Lahiru Milantha got the most fours awards and the Lumbini Lions team got the fair play award.
